- Reviews are conducted under a strict double-blind policy; author identities are not revealed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are not revealed to authors.
- Papers are evaluated on originality, technical quality, clarity, relevance, and significance of contribution.
- The program committee reserves the right to desk-reject papers that do not comply with formatting, length, anonymity, or similarity requirements prior to entering the review queue.
- Authors of accepted papers must address all reviewer comments in the camera-ready version before submission.
Publication & Awards
- All accepted and properly registered papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE's scope and quality requirements.
- Authors can choose to present their work in person or via the proceedings-only (virtual) track. Both tracks receive equal treatment in the final proceedings.
